The building consists of four floors (one underground floor as a carpark and three over-the ground floors) with a total area of nearly 16,000 m2.
Rental spaces have been designed in such a way as to offer tenants the maximum flexibility. The office space areas start from approx. 35m2 with the possibility of modular division, up to the open space area of several hundred meters.
Office spaces are located on the second floor in three segments: A,B, and C. Each of these three segment avaliable to tenants accommodates a kitchen equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and a fridge.
